For hygienic reasons and to protect our machines, we only accept products that have been washed and, if possible, depilated.
For contaminated products we charge a cleaning fee of €10!
Replace slider
The sliders used are made of high quality acetal. Nevertheless, these can also break sometimes. In this case, we will replace it free of charge if the damage is still within the warranty period of 12 months.
However, if your dog has bitten through a slider, we charge a flat rate of €5 for the replacement. If you replace several or all sliders we charge €10.
The prices include VAT plus shipping.
Replace buckle
The buckles used are made of high quality acetal. Nevertheless, these can also break sometimes. In this case, we will replace it free of charge if the damage is still within the warranty period of 12 months.
However, if your dog has bitten through a buckle, we charge the following flat rates for the replacement:
-Buckle complete/female part only €20
-Both buckles complete/female part only €30
-Buckle only male part 7€
-Both buckles male part 10€

Replace waist belt
If we have made a processing error, we will of course repair it free of charge.
However, if your dog has bitten through the product, we will charge a flat rate of €20.

Can't fix other things?
We cannot repair anything else, such as a destroyed shoulder or chest bar. We also cannot repair a nibbled webbing line.
Reason for this: it is too time-consuming to cut our seams and replace them. Unfortunately, a new product is the cheaper option. Mutually.
