Exchange/Return

Processing times:

The current manufacturing time of the products is approx. 7 - 14 days. This can change depending on the order situation, but will always be entered here in good time.

Shipment

We ship throughout Europe. Shipping costs: 4.20 euros / Shipping is free for orders over 75 euros. Shipping is carried out by Hermes Shipping time: approx. 3-5 days (deviations due to Hermes possible)

Return/exchange

If the products are custom-made, neither returns nor exchanges can be made. For immediate purchases (this means they were not specifically made for your four-legged friend), an exchange or return is possible within 14 days.

We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether a refund is possible (items with signs of wear, dirt, etc. cannot be refunded). If a refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded the purchase price, excluding shipping costs, to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. We can only take back defective items or incorrectly delivered products if they are unused. If the goods were used despite the defect, we will not take the item back.
