Delivery delays are always possible due to high order volumes.
Shipment
Smaller items, such as dog tags, are sent by letter
Larger items are sent by parcel.
Shipping is carried out by Hermes, so any transit time delays that may occur in individual cases, for example. Due to the corona pandemic, can be found on the Hermes website.
From experience, shipping is very reliable and takes approx. 3 – 5 working days. (within Austria)
